SubwayNow does not collect, store, or share any personal information.

Location

When you tap refresh, or when a widget updates, SubwayNow reads your device location on your iPhone to find the nearest subway stations. Your location is never sent to us or to anyone else. It stays on your device.

Transit data

Arrival times are downloaded directly from the Metropolitan Transportation Authority's public real-time feeds. These requests contain no information about you.

No accounts, ads, analytics, or tracking

SubwayNow has no sign-in, no advertising, no third-party analytics, and no tracking of any kind.

Children

SubwayNow does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
